This policy explains what personal information Refrigora collects when you use refrigora.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. Refrigora is operated from 101 TK Industrial Blvd, Ste 105, Hutto, TX 78634, United States.

Information we collect

  • Order information. Name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, and the items you order. We need this to process and ship your order.
  • Certification information. Where a product requires it, evidence of EPA Section 608 certification or of purchase for resale.
  • Account information. If you create an account, your email address and a password you choose. We never see your password in readable form.
  • Enquiries. Anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
  • Technical information. IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies and server logs.

Payment information

We do not store card numbers. Card details are entered on our checkout and passed directly to our payment processor, which is responsible for handling them securely. We receive only confirmation of payment and the last digits of the card.

How we use your information

  • To take, process, ship and invoice your order.
  • To verify eligibility to purchase regulated refrigerants.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To meet our legal, tax and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
  • To detect and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with parties who need it to deliver your order or run the site: our shipping and freight carriers, our payment processor, our web host, and our accountants. We also disclose information where the law requires it, including to regulators supervising refrigerant sales.

Marketing

We email you about your order as a matter of course. We send marketing email only if you have asked us to, and every marketing message has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect order emails.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your cart and session working and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though the cart and checkout will not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and regulatory rules require, currently seven years. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for two years. Account information is kept until you ask us to close the account.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Texas and several other states give residents additional rights over personal data, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Children

This is a trade site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
