Refrigerant Supply, Built for the Trade

Refrigora is a wholesale refrigerant supplier serving HVAC contractors, refrigeration engineers and equipment dealers. We hold depth across the gases the trade actually uses, from legacy R-22 through to low-GWP R-454B, in single cylinders and in quarter, half and full pallets.

Every cylinder ships with batch documentation and the freight paperwork required to move regulated goods, so your order arrives ready to fit and ready to audit.

Why Contractors Choose Refrigora

Four things contractors tell us matter most when they pick a refrigerant supplier.

Stock You Can Rely On

We hold depth across every listed gas, so a quarter pallet of R-410A and a single 25 lb R-407C cylinder can ship on the same order.

Certified Purity

Cylinders meet AHRI 700 purity standards and carry batch numbers, so you can trace exactly what went into a system.

Compliant Freight

Refrigerants are DOT-regulated. We classify, document and book the LTL freight so shipments move without hold-ups.

Trade Pricing

Tiered rates on quarter, half and full pallets, with volume quotes returned within one business day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can buy refrigerant from Refrigora?

Sales are limited to businesses and technicians holding EPA Section 608 or 609 certification. We verify certification before the first order ships and keep it on file for repeat orders.

What pack sizes do you stock?

Disposable and recovery cylinders from 2.5 lb up to 30 lb, plus quarter pallets of 10 cylinders, half pallets of 20 and full pallets of 40.

Can I mix gases on one pallet order?

Pallet pricing applies per gas. If you need mixed stock, send us the list and we will quote the combination as a single freight shipment.

Do you supply legacy refrigerants?

We stock older gases such as R-22 and R-404A alongside current and low-GWP options. Availability on phased-down gases moves with allocation, so check the product page for live stock.

How long does delivery take?

Stocked items ordered before 2pm dispatch the same business day. Transit is typically two to five business days depending on distance and pallet size.

How is refrigerant shipped?

As DOT-regulated hazardous material on LTL freight. Parcel carriers will not accept it, so every order moves palletised or freight-secured.

Do I need to be there to receive delivery?

Yes. Freight deliveries need someone on site to check the shipment and sign the bill of lading. Tell us if your site has restricted hours and we will book a window.

What if a cylinder arrives damaged?

Note it on the bill of lading before signing and contact us the same day. We will arrange a replacement and handle the carrier claim.
