These terms govern your use of refrigora.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them. Refrigora is operated from 101 TK Industrial Blvd, Ste 105, Hutto, TX 78634, United States.

1. Who we sell to

Refrigora sells to trade customers. Refrigerants are sold to technicians holding EPA Section 608 certification, and to businesses buying for resale or for use by certified technicians. We may ask for evidence of certification or resale status before an order ships, and we may cancel and refund an order where that evidence is not provided. You are responsible for using and disposing of refrigerant in line with the Clean Air Act and all applicable federal, state and local rules.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you place the order or receive an automated acknowledgement. We may decline an order — for example where stock is unavailable, eligibility cannot be verified, or the price was listed in error.

3. Prices and errors

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated. We try to keep prices accurate, but if a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price we will contact you before shipping and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you order.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. Title in the goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

5. Delivery

Shipping terms, transit times and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Cylinders ship as regulated hazardous materials and a signature is required on delivery.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: unopened, factory-sealed cylinders may be returned within 30 days with an RMA number; opened or part-used cylinders cannot be accepted.

7. Product information

Specifications, images and technical guidance on this site are provided for reference by qualified professionals. They do not replace the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet or the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. Always consult the SDS before handling refrigerant.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, downtime or damage arising from incorrect installation, servicing or handling of refrigerant.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this site belongs to Refrigora or its licensors. Manufacturer names and trade marks — including Honeywell, Chemours, Arkema and their product names — belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods we sell.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
